I actually like the Rev Al. I live in NYC and have watched his career since Tawana Brawley as well as the Crown Heights tragedy, which all reflected badly on Sharpton. But I believe in the power of redemption and maturation. Sharpton is actually doing a worthwhile program on MSNBC and his audience is a few hundred thousand which is good for his time slot. And he doesn’t lie or distort anywhere near the level of Hannity, O’Reilly and the rest of the FOX array of pundits. It was a smart and creative move on the part of MSNBC. Of course, you FOX heads will disagree, but, then, what do you know!
