WATCH: A Sneak Peek At Eric Greenspan’s ‘Grilled Cheese Adventure Show’

Eric Greenspan, chef of Los Angeles’ The Foundry on Melrose and self-professed “highly decorated grilled cheese pimp,” snagged himself a new YouTube show on Tasted called The Melt Master, and we’ve got our hands on a sneak peek of what you can expect.

You might recognize Eric from Next Iron Chef: Redemption, where he “redeemed himself” from his first failed Next Iron Chef attempt by being sent home second. A triumph.

Check out The Melt Master trailer below. It seems…aggressive. But it effectively triggered our lunchtime craving for something saltymeltycrunchy. Fair warning.
