Eric Ripert’s Wife Brokers Massive Real Estate Deal

Sandra Ripert has been named as one of the brokers behind a real estate deal that made news in New York last week. Mrs. Eric Ripert and her business partner, Kim Shepard sold a $27.377 million Fifth Avenue home, which is understandably a big deal in the current economic situation.

This isn’t the first time that the property has recieved a lot of attention — two years ago, it was featured on HGTV’s Selling New York. Sandra, always classy, refused to comment on how much she made off of the deal (we imagine it’s a lot), but then when you’re married to Eric Ripert, it doesn’t really matter how much money you make. Life is good.
