Grant Achatz Does Some Michelin-Starred Math

After all the autumn leaves and apple cider boats and huitlacoche paints were all packed away at the end of 21st Century Limited, Grant Achatz tweeted the above picture, along with the following musing:

We don’t think that restaurant genetics work this way, sadly (and we definitely don’t think that’s how normal genetics work, either). But shhh….don’t tell that to Gordon Ramsay.

Eleven Madison Park moves to Alinea in Chicago starting October 14th, and boy oh boy do we wish we had $1200+ dollars to go here.
