Guy Fieri co-hosted today’s Flavortown-themed episode of The Chew, in honor of his new book release, and slipped between cocktail demos and subtle weed jokes from Mario Batali (“oh, I’ve cooked in a car before, just not spaghetti”), was this choreographed dance.

Guy joined Mario and Michael Symon for an M&M Grill Factory segment, during which they grilled a lot of sausages, and perfectly executed the M&M Grill Factory dance. Behold: your GIF of the day.
