Jamie Oliver’s new YouTube channel, dubbed FoodTube, goes live at 2:30pm EST today, with Jamie and friends broadcasting straight to your Google Machines from a kitchen set somewhere in the UK. He’ll be answering viewer questions, while performing other, presumably cooking-related tasks, and you can watch the whole thing à la minute as it kicks off below.
