Is Mr. Chow Clearing John Travolta’s Name In A Sexual Harrassment Suit?

John Travolta, who, by the way, is looking remarkably svelte these days, is currently embroiled in a sexual harassment suit with a Beverly Hills masseur who’s claiming the actor behaved inappropriately during a massage. We won’t go into the nitty gritty, but Travolta’s name might be cleared with the help of none other than Michael Chow. Apparently, John Travolta dined in the eccentric chef’s Tribeca restaurant Mr. Chow on the night of the alleged incident, which places him a solid 3000 miles from the scene of the crime. A receipt for his meal from the haute Chinese eatery has surfaced — a receipt which, it’s worth mentioning, shows that Travolta tipped $100 on a $382.69 tab, so at least we know he’s a good tipper.

In addition to the Mr. Chow’s bill, a photo of Travolta snapped in New York City on the same day also exists. His lawyers feel confidently that this is iron clad proof that’ll clear his name, while the accuser’s lawyer claims he has 100 other men prepared to come forward with similar stories of inappropriate conduct. Are we the only ones insisting that the real news here is that John Travolta is an awesome tipper?!
