WATCH: NEXT’s ‘Modern Chinese’ Trailer Is Uncharacteristically Subdued

Dave Beran earned a Best Chef: Great Lakes James Beard Award win at the Restaurant and Chef Awards last night, and this morning, NEXT dropped the trailer for its upcoming menu: “Modern Chinese.” It runs until August, at which point the restaurant will turn over to a “Trio” menu, celebrating ten years of Alinea.

This round’s trailer is unusually subdued, comprised of nothing but still shots with some breezy, jazzy Chinese rap underneath. Check out the video below.
