Alinea Co-Owner Nick Kokonas Victim Of Home Invasion

Last night, Nick Kokonas, co-founder of Chicago’s Alinea, found himself the victim of a home invasion. This morning, he tweeted the following message:

Home invasion at 2AM. Kicked in front door. Locked ourselves in bedroom. Terrifying. Police apprehended 1 individual. We are all fine.

We reached out to Mr. Kokonas, and he clarified that the invader was a “random drunken guy.”
