NYC Has Decriminalized Public Drinking: Last Call

It is no longer a crime to drink on the sidewalk in New York City. We’ll drink to that. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, though. This is not New Orleans, and you can still get a summons. But expect to see a lot more walkers, solo cups in hand when the weather gets nice.

In-N-Out Burger is probably going to stop serving meat that is made with antibiotics. This would be a huge change for the burger chain, and a great one at that.

And, speaking of In-N-Out, don’t do a Supersize-Me like experiment with it, lest you begin to develop a distaste for In-N-Out. We’re pretty sure that’s illegal in several states. Or at least sacrilegious.
