Oreo Is Giving Us The Swedish Fish Flavor We Didn’t Ask For
Oreos are one of mankind’s greatest accomplishments. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups show what we as a people can really do when we put our minds to it. Swedish Fish Oreos are, unfortunately, a sign of the apocalypse and proof of why we can’t have nice things.
The flavor was released this week for reasons that we can’t understand, though we do know that Mondelēz International manufactures both snacks, so the higher-ups there must see some sort of opportunity. We’re not the only ones protesting this creation. The Twitterverse has expressed its disappointment as well:
Swedish Fish Oreos? I guess they managed to make a flavor I won’t eat! ? pic.twitter.com/DL0Kr1JBvT

I NEED to try the Swedish fish Oreos just to ease my mind and confirm that they are definitely the worst food invention known to man.

Drumpf’s assassination crack. Swedish Fish Oreos. Unfortuneately neither of these things is a joke. https://t.co/k7Bbdullgu

Oreos and Swedish Fish are my 2 favorite snacks/candy… But they have no business being the same thing… pic.twitter.com/U0Yk9xERGd

Of course, the concept also has its champions:
Pssst the existence of Swedish Fish Oreos are coming to my home… Heck yeah. Can’t wait to try them.

The snack is, at this point, exclusive to Kroger stores, so if you don’t live in the Midwest or South, you may not need to involve yourself.
