PHOTOS: Thomas Keller Day, And The One-Act Play Starring Two Michelin Chefs

Far from the academically/mildly interesting lecture series that most people expected, Thomas Keller Day at the Culinary Institute of America became, for two hours, an actual cross-section of life at The French Laundry. Thanks to photos from the CIA, we’re now really able to show you what we meant when we said that Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz, Jonathan Benno, The Mast Brothers, and a cast of dozens staged a re-enactment of service: we mean that their play, “Sense of Urgency,” really did re-enact service.
