Well, this is the most succinct way to announce the lineup for The 2014 Cayman Cookout, hosted this year by Eric Ripert:

OFFICIAL 2014 CAYMAN COOKOUT LINEUP: Ripert, Andres, Bastianich, Bayless, Boulud, Bourdain, Humm, Picard, Torres. Thoughts?

Our thoughts? Well, if you insist. Our thought is that we hope José Andrés tops his jetpack entrance from last year — for instance, driving an electric car through space, or walking out of a TARDIS.

Another thought: Ugh, tickets go on sale October 1st? That is so far from now that we might just forget about it — ooh, jetpack chef!
