Eleven Madison Park chef Daniel Humm turned 36 last night, which is sort of freaky when you consider that he’s already garnered three Michelin stars and seven New York Times stars. (What have you done with your life?) So what if Pete Wells dinged your menu for not being authentically New Yorkish?
