Tim Love Has Cooked Twelve Animals Today, Will Grill His Way Through Noah’s Ark
Today in Fort Worth, chef and barbecue dude Tim Love is dreaming the impossible dream:
setting a record today of how many different animals I can cook. 12 so far… tl.gd/jc2dkc
— Tim Love (@cheftimlove) September 20, 2012
So far, Love has cooked the following creatures: “Rabbit, steer, elk, axis, chicken, quail, salmon, rattlesnake, wild boar, duck, pig, lamb!” (An axis is a deer native to Texas with some pretty fantastic-looking horns.)
Math problem time: given that it’s currently noon in Houston, if Love began grilling at The Lonesome Dove at 9 AM and will cease grilling around 8 PM, and if Love keeps up his current pace of animal cooking, how many different animals will Love cook today? We can’t find our TI-83s, but we think the answer is: a lot of animals.
