From cooking farm-fresh produce for John Besh to sprucing up stuff out of a can in 30 minutes for Tom Colicchio in the Last Chance Kitchen dungeon, Bene’s punishment for his massacred steamed vegetables is swift and damning. He goes up against 2-time defender Janine Booth, in what will henceforth be known as Last Chance Pretty People: Battle Canned Artichoke Juice.
