Eddie Huang appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last night. Though he’s a celebrity chef, author, and television personality, he prefers to identify as a human panda. On the show, he promoted his new book, Double Cup Love, and he and host Stephen Colbert discussed everything from Huang’s World to Spaghetti and Meatballs to that time Huang got arrested in Sicily, all over a plate of Huang’s famous bao.
