A few days ago, the NBA’s Washington Wizards spent the afternoon volunteering in DC’s Central Kitchen, making some sort of massive meal involving green bell peppers to serve the city’s underserved citizens. Thankfully, that meal did not include one of Martell Webster’s fingers, because, as this Washington Post video shows, Jose Andres was there to teach him some basic knife skills.
