WATCH: Top Chef Last Chance Kitchen Episodes 11 & 12

On last night’s episode of Top Chef, we said goodbye to both rotisserie chicken extraordinaire Amar Santana and Carl Dooley, who has both run marathons and been to Nicaragua with his wife. Because of the double elimination, we get a double episode of Last Chance Kitchen tonight.

Amar, Carl, and Jason Stratton, will have an epic cook off. Jason was eliminated in Episode 8. For reference, that’s P.B. (Pre-Beefsteak). He’s been on a major streak.

Since last night’s Quickfire challenge, which sent Amar home, revolved around toast, the first challenge tonight is to make a dish that features sourdough. In the second, the two remaining chefs have 12 minutes to cook a fish dish. Watch both episodes below to find out who’s done for good, and who is still fighting.
