The FBI has thwarted a major terror attack, rounding up multiple subjects in Michigan on Halloween, the agency’s director, Kash Patel, announced Friday.
“This morning the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend,” Patel announced in an X post Friday morning. “More details to come. Thanks to the men and women of FBI and law enforcement everywhere standing guard 24/7 and crushing our mission to defend the homeland.”
Videos posted to Facebook by TCD Dearborn News shows the raids at two separate homes in the city, including one where agents deployed flash-bangs.
Patel said additional details were forthcoming.
