GASPS! Watch The Moment Trump Stunned His Secret Service Agents By Abruptly Storming Out of Court After Judge’s Smackdown

Cameras caught the moments former President Donald Trump stunned his Secret Service detail by abruptly storming out of court after repeated legal smackdowns by Judge Arthur Engoron.

Trump was in court once again Wednesday for his trial in the fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James and presided over by Judge Engoron. Also in court — for a second day — was former Trump fixer-turned-star witness Michael Cohen.

There were fireworks in the afternoon when Trump emerged from the courtroom and went on a several-minute rant attacking Cohen, the prosecutor, and the fraud trial itself. Then, as Trump emerged with his lawyers to go back into court, a reporter shouted to him about the gag order, asking “President Trump, did you violate the gag order just now?”

As it turns out, he had violated the order by attacking the judge and “a very partisan person sitting alongside him” — which the judge took correctly as a reference to the clerk Trump had previously attacked.

The judge hauled Trump up to the witness stand and asked him to whom he was referring, and did not find his answer — claiming it was Michael Cohen — to be credible, fining Trump $10,000.00.

About 45 minutes later, a pissed-off Trump stormed out after another rebuke from the judge, who emphatically denied a defense motion for a directed verdict. The move sent Trump’s Secret Service detail scrambling and elicited gasps in the courtroom.

MSNBC’s Dasha Burns described the scene inside the courtroom:

DASHA BURNS: Well, Katie, a lot of drama in the last hour. In fact, former President Trump just stormed out of the courtroom. To everyone’s surprise, some gasps and the court has Secret Service agents chasing him. The motorcade lining up for him right now after taking the stand.

Afterwards, the cross-examination of Michael Cohen continued. At one point, Trump’s attorney asked the judge for a direct verdict because, quote, “The state’s key witness has just testified the defendant did not inflate his numbers,” essentially asking the judge to finish the case and the trial right there. The judge immediately denied that motion, and that is when the former president stood up and angrily stormed out of the courtroom.

Pool cameras caught the moment Trump emerged from the courtroom and told reporters “The witness just admitted that we won the trial and the judge should end this trial immediately. Thank you.”
