President Donald Trump went absolutely ballistic on Tylenol in an all-caps, typo-riddled social media rant Friday morning, telling pregnant women not to take it “UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY” and not to give it to kids “FOR VIRTUALLY ANY REASON.”

Trump posted the tirade on his Truth Social account as he embarked to Long Island, NY, to catch the Ryder Cup.

The caps heavy statement read:

Pregnant Women, DON’T USE TYLENOL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, DON’T GIVE TYLENOL TO YOUR YOUNG CHILD FOR VIRTUALLY ANY REASON

He then went on to shred the vaccines given to children, including MMR and chicken pox:

BREAK UP THE MMR SHOT INTO THREE TOTALLY SEPARATE SHOTS (NOT MIXED!), TAKE CHICKEN P SHOT SEPARATELY, TAKE HEPATITAS B SHOT AT 12 YEARS OLD, OR OLDER, AND, IMPORTANTLY, TAKE VACCINE IN 5 SEPARATE MEDICAL VISITS! President DJT

The Trump post came days after he held a press conference with his HHS honcho Robert Kennedy Jr., during which he advised women to avoid acetaminophen, the key ingredient of Tylenol, due to a possible link to autism in children.

“First, effective immediately, the FDA will be notifying physicians of the use of, well, let’s see how we say that? Acetaminophen,” Trump said as he fumbled over the word. “Which is basically commonly known as Tylenol, during pregnancy can be associated with a very increased risk of autism. Taking Tylenol is not good. It’s not good. For this reason, they are strongly recommending women limit Tylenol use during pregnancy.”

Since those remarks, many doctors have disputed the Tylenol/autism warning — including Trump’s own Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services chief Dr. Mehmet Oz., who walked back his boss’ remarks on Tuesday.

“We know that people who take Tylenol for prolonged periods of time during pregnancy seem to have a higher incidence of autism in aggregate,” Oz said on Fox News. “So the message is not, ‘Never take Tylenol.’ It’s, ‘Take Tylenol judiciously.’ Take it by talking with your doctor. Make sure there’s an important reason to take it. Don’t take it willy-nilly because you think it’s so safe it couldn’t possibly cause a problem, because those assumptions appear to be erroneous.”

Tylenol’s parent company, Kenvue, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
