Tucker Carlson Bashes The RNC — Says He’d Host a Republican Debate Only If They Aren’t Involved

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson slammed Ronna McDaniel and the Republican National Committee by claiming he would host a Republican primary debate only if the party organization was not involved.
During an interview released Tuesday with the popular right-wing X user ALX, Carlson claimed he is completely open to hosting one of the Republican primary debates alongside popular right-leaning figures.
Vivek Ramaswamy suggested last month during the NBC GOP debate that Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, and Carlson should co-host a future primary debate with all the leading Republican contenders.
After noting he is open to the idea of hosting a debate, Carlson compared the RNC to NATO, arguing that “it has no reason” for existing because it only “consumes resources” and “breaks things.”
Oh, gosh, of course I would. Of course I would. Yeah, that sounds fun as hell. I absolutely would. I mean, it would, I think, have to be outside the RNC’s jurisdiction, and that would be good. I mean, by the way, if any, I don’t know how many people are on this call, but if anyone present can see a purpose for the RNC to continue to exist, just shoot me a text because I’d love to…..The RNC is like NATO, you know, it has no reason for being. It only consumes resources and says annoying things and breaks things, but there’s sort of no reason to have it. You know what I mean?
