Bill O’Reilly Issues Dire Warning to Bronx Residents: ‘Don’t Be Surprised If Your Children’ Get ‘a Bullet in the Head’

Bill O’Reilly told Bronx residents to pick up and move unless they want to face dire consequences.

On his No Spin News, O’Reilly expressed outrage over the fact that Kaream McClary and Izayiah Jessamy, two men charged with assaulting a police officer, have faced numerous adjournments, and accused Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark of not wanting to prosecute minority criminals.

O’Reilly told Bronx residents they “will not be protected” from crime where they live.

“Move out,” the former Fox News host said in a message to Bronx residents. “You are not going to be protected where you live. Now, if that’s okay, if it’s all right with you — don’t be surprised if your children or your spouse or yourself gets a bullet in the head.”

O’Reilly compared living in the Bronx to “living in a place like Brazil or Mexico.”

“You go to Mexico, you get in trouble, nobody’s going to help you. But this is the United States,” he said.

The Bronx saw an overall drop in violent crime in the first months of 2025, a trend that ran across most of New York, but the borough has faced upticks in crime rates in recent years. According to NYPD data, felony assault and reported rapes also rose this year despite other crime rates dropping.

McClary and Jessamy were slapped with assault charges after a November 2023 incident in which they allegedly attacked an officer on a subway platform. The two men were reportedly released without bail despite prosecutors asking for at least $10,000 bail.

“This is an easy conviction. Simple. There’s the jury, there’s the tape, there are the thugs, they beat them up, they go to the penitentiary. Fourteen adjournments. This is beyond a scandal. This is basically saying to people who live in the Bronx, ‘We don’t care about you. We’re not gonna protect you,'” O’Reilly said.

He stressed again that Bronx residents should go anywhere else.

“Gotta get out, gotta leave. Sorry, I’m sorry. But I’m looking out for you,” he said. “It’s not going to change in the Bronx. As long as you have a district attorney like that, criminals will run wild. They know it, dope dealers know it. They know they can do whatever they want.”

O’Reilly, a longtime New Yorker, recently railed against New York voters based on a poll showing 50% approve of New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s (D) performance.

“The rents are crazy, the taxes are the highest in the nation, crime is frightening and terrifying, and 50 percent say she’s doing a good job,” he said. “What’s the matter with you people? And I mean that. What is the matter with you?”
