Gavin Newsom Joins MAGA Raging at Trump Over Epstein Files: ‘What Bulls**t Artists!’

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) jumped on the bandwagon of MAGA supporters upset over the “Epstein Files,” calling President Donald Trump’s administration a bunch of “bullshit artists.”

Newsom joined Tennessee Holler’s Justin Kanew this week for a chat about the administration’s deportation operations in California, but the interview wrapped up with a question on the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein and the Department of Justice/FBI memo denying there was a long-promised list of clients who took part in Epstein’s alleged abuse of women over decades. Epstein died of apparent suicide in 2019 while facing charges of sex trafficking.

“You think there’s an Epstein list?” Kanew asked the governor as they wrapped their interview.

“I mean, now I’m going to start sounding conspiratorial. After Elon tweeted that out, and all of a sudden now it disappears?” Newsom said, referring to former Trump ally Elon Musk previously accusing the president of being on the Epstein list amidst their war of words.

Newsom then laid into the administration, calling members “flimflammers” and “bullshit artists.”

“Really, Trump? Show us. What do you got? Where’s the transparency? What carnies. What flimflammers. What music men. What bullshit artists,” he said.

“These guys are not even good ones either,” Kanew said.

“Not even good,” Newsom agreed.

Numerous supporters of Trump have blasted the administration’s handling of the Epstein case, including Megyn Kelly and Steve Bannon, with many pointing to Attorney General Pam Bondi as the one to blame over the memo.

That division is apparently within the White House too, with FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino reportedly threatening to leave his position if Bondi remains in her post.

Bondi herself told Fox News in February that an Epstein client list was sitting on her desk.

At the White House this week, Trump reacted with frustration over a reporter questioning Bondi on the client list, calling it “unbelievable” that people would focus on the supposed list over other domestic issues.
