Fox Sports host Joy Taylor has reportedly been “sidelined” by the network due to an unknown infraction. It comes a month after a bombshell lawsuit was filed against Fox.

As noted by Front Office Sports, Taylor was absent from the daily sports talk show Speak on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. No explanation was given on-air aside from co-host Keyshawn Johnson saying she was “out for the day.”

Sources confirmed to FOS that Taylor was “sidelined” by Fox. The report referenced an “apparent infraction,” but it was unknown at the time of writing what that infraction was. Fox declined to comment for the report, and a spokesperson for Taylor didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Taylor recently made headlines when she was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by a former hairstylist at Fox. In the lawsuit, the hairstylist accused Taylor of harassing her because of her ethnicity and causing her emotional distress. The hairstylist also claimed Taylor engaged in an affair with executive vice president Charlie Dixon — who was recently put on leave after a former anchor accused him of sexual assault. Dixon was accused of harassing the hairstylist, as well.

In filings obtained by Awful Announcing, Taylor denied the allegations and argued that emotional distress was due to “outside factors” unrelated to any workplace conduct.
