Mark Sanchez has been fired by Fox Sports weeks after he was stabbed in a fight that led to a felony charge against the ex-NFL quarterback.

“We can confirm that Mark Sanchez is no longer with the network, a Fox Sports spokesperson said Friday. There will be no further comment at this time.”

Sanchez, 38, was arrested in Indianapolis last month after he allegedly attacked a 69-year-old delivery driver after arguing with him over a parking spot.

The driver, Perry Tole, reportedly told cops he used pepper spray on Sanchez to stop him, but when that didn’t work, he pulled a knife in self-defense, stabbing Sanchez several times.

The former New York Jets signal-caller was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.

Sanchez, who was in the city to cover the next day’s game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Las Vegas Raiders, was placed under arrest while recovering from his injuries, police said.

He was initially facing three misdemeanor charges, including battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication, but the battery charge was later upgraded to a felony.

Before the scuffle with Tole, an apparently intoxicated Sanchez was seen on security video stumbling around the area.

Aside from the charges, Sanchez and Fox Sports have been sued by Tole, who is seeking an unknown amount in damages and attorneys’ fees.

Sanchez’s broadcast future was called into question earlier this week after Fox hired another former QB, New Orleans Saints legend Drew Brees.
