Tom Brady Comes Clean On ‘Tuck Rule’ Game In TikTok Mashup With Justin Bieber

Across the nation, Las Vegas Raider fans (like myself) should all be saying the same thing: “I told you so!” after Tom Brady revealed Thursday that the famous “Tuck Rule Game” in 2002 that practically started it all may have been a fumble after all.
The game Brady is referring to was the 2002 AFC Divisional playoffs between the New England Patriots and the Oakland Raiders when Brady appeared to fumbled the ball after being tackled by Raiders cornerback Charles Woodson in the fourth quarter. The ball was recovered by the Raiders – until an official review claimed that Brady “tucked” the ball, creating an incomplete pass instead of a fumble.
The Patriots would go on to win the game and eventually the Super Bowl that season, starting Brady’s historic rise to the top of the NFL. And that play has been a subject for sports debate ever since.
Brady spilled the beans Thursday on a TikTok mashup with Justin Bieber, posting it to his Twitter account shortly after.

“New trend alert,” Bieber started, “tell me something honest.”
“The tuck rule game against the Raiders,” Brady responded, checking his peripherals for other people. “It might have been a fumble.”
The revelation was quickly picked up by social media outlets, causing Brady to go back on Twitter to clarify this position on the matter.
I said might. Such a tough call. No choice but to respect the officials probably correct decision. https://t.co/0qXIiq5Ux9

“I said might. Such a tough call. No choice but to respect the official’s probably correct decision,” Brady captioned a retweet of the video.
Nevertheless, he did admit that the play was controversial and after all these years, that’s good enough for me.
