Another Bill Cosby Accuser Speaks Out: ‘He’s a Serial Rapist’
Joan Tarshis, another woman who claims to have been raped by Bill Cosby, spoke out on CNN tonight, calling the sitcom star a “serial rapist” who drugged and slept with her on two separate occasions.
She told Don Lemon that the first time, Cosby had asked her to come back to his place and work on some comedy writing with him. He made her a drink, and after she took it she passed out and woke up with Cosby “removing my underwear.” And when Tarshis tried telling Cosby she had an infection, he just decided on oral sex instead.

She said it happened a second time when she was basically dragged by her parents to see Cosby perform. Lemon asked Tarshis why she never called the police. She said at that point, no one else had come out publicly and asked, “Who would believe me?”
Cosby was put on the spot in a recent interview where he reacted to a question about his accusers with absolute silence, though later his lawyer said he won’t dignify such accusations with public comment.
