CNN’s Phil Mudd Bashes Sam Nunberg: ‘Basically Raising a Middle Finger’ to Mueller

Former CIA official Phil Mudd was not impressed by Sam Nunberg‘s boastings on Monday about his refusal to testify about his interactions with fellow Trump allies.
Nunberg gave numerous media interviews today, going off on insane tangents about the Trump campaign while insisting there’s no way, no how he’ll comply with the subpoena he got from Robert Mueller. Mudd gave his thoughts about this during a discussion with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, providing several possible reasons why Mueller is demanding more information from Nunberg.
“If he says he’s not going to speak, that’s basically raising a middle finger to the teacher in the classroom,” Mudd said. The former counterterrorism operative continued to say that Nunberg is likely to face “detention” if he refuses to cooperate and Mueller takes the issue up with a judge.
