Comedy Central Releases Hannibal Buress’ ‘Secret’ Daily Show Audition

Ever wonder what The Daily Show would look like if it was hosted by stand-up comedian — and Bill Cosby galvanizer — Hannibal Buress?

Ahead of his new show, Why? with Hannibal Buress, premiering tomorrow night, Comedy Central has “leaked” this “secret” audition tape he recorded as the network was deciding who would replace Jon Stewart.

“Why’d you guys fire Jon Stewart? He get caught fucking somebody?” Buress asked mid-audition. Later, he added, “Why am I even doing this? There’s no chance they’re going to give this show to a black dude.”
