Fox LA Anchor: Keith Olbermann Becoming ‘Most Hated Man in Television’

Television personality and Good Day LA host Maria Sansone thinks ESPN host Keith Olbermann is slowly building enough notoriety to become among the most-hated men in television.

Reporting on Olbermann’s recent suspension from ESPN for a string of sour tweets aimed at Penn State University students, Sansone told her on-air colleagues: “Keith Olbermann may not be trying to become the most-hated man in television, but if there were a hall of fame for these kinds of things, he would be a charter member.”

Co-anchor Steve Edwards added that he jokingly refers to Olbermann as “worst person in the world,” a direct reference to the ESPN host’s famous recurring segment title. “He wins [that title] this time,” Edwards added. “I wonder if he will give it to himself when he comes back.”
