George Zimmerman Bond Set At $1 Million

The judge overseeing George Zimmerman‘s second bond hearing has released him on a $1 million bail. Zimmerman had previously been released from jail on a $150,000 bond, but was called back after it was discovered that he and his wife had withheld information about their finances, specifically concerning an online fund set up for his defense.

Also as a result of lying under oath, Zimmerman’s wife had been arrested for perjury.

The Sanford, Florida judge has also ordered Zimmerman to wear a satellite monitoring device and maintain a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
