Here Is Actual Video Footage of Grover Norquist at Burning Man

It’s not just enough to hear tales and read articles about Grover Norquist going to Burning Man and seeing his economic fever dreams arise out of the barren dust of the playa, only to disappear as quickly as a, uh, dream. But here is an actual video of Norquist, the head of the powerful conservative interest group Americans for Tax Reform, wandering around a desert in a purple kerchief and getting his nails painted teenage goth black.

In his ideal world, he would bring Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), and Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) with him as well, which, frankly, would be way more shocking to see at Burning Man than Norquist.
