Hillary Speaks on ‘Inaccurate’ Report: ‘Maybe the Heat Is Getting to Everybody’
Hillary Clinton began her remarks at NYU today by addressing the “inaccuracies” in a report on her use of private emails.
The New York Times has been reporting that two inspector generals requested the DOJ open a criminal probe into Clinton’s use of private email (the DOJ has since claimed it is not a criminal probe), with concerns raised about Clinton sending classified emails through her private server.
Clinton said today, “Maybe the heat is getting to everybody. We all have a responsibility to get this right.”
She insisted that she has been completely open and transparent, saying that “we are all accountable to the American people to get the facts right.”
