#IceBucketChallenge Comes to MSNBC as Andrea Mitchell Gets Soaked

The ALS #IceBucketChallenge has officially reached cable news. On Tuesday, MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell aired a video of none other than husband and former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan dumping a bucket of ice water over her head outside the NBC Universal building.

It was Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) who was responsible for challenging Mitchell to take on the social media phenomenon. She in turn challenged new Meet the Press host Chuck Todd, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry.

According to Mitchell, Todd has gamely accepted the challenge. No word yet on whether we will be seeing Clinton or Kerry soaking wet and freezing any time soon.
