ISIS Reportedly Beheads Second Japanese Hostage

One week after the extremist terrorist group ISIS beheaded one of two Japanese hostages, it has reportedly killed another, journalist Kenji Goto. The group released a video of the execution, which is still being verified by officials.
ISIS had set a negotiation deadline of of sunset on Thursday for Jordan to hand over failed female suicide bomber Sajida al-Rishawi, who was jailed for her role in a 2005 attack that killed 60 people in Amman. ISIS had said it would kill Jordanian pilot Muath al-Kasaesbeh if the prisoner was not released, but reportedly never provided proof that the pilot was still alive.
Previously, ISIS demanded a ransom of $200 million from Japan to keep Goto alive.
