Kellyanne Conway Assures Trump-Praising Senator, ‘I Know He Loves You Back’  

Fox News contributor Kellyanne Conway assured Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) that President Donald Trump “loves you.”

Moreno appeared on Friday’s edition of Hannity, which Conway guest-hosted. The two discussed Trump’s ongoing bombings of boats off the coasts of Venezuela and Colombia. At least 57 people have been killed in the U.S. airstrikes, which Trump claims took out “narcoterrorists.” Trump has not provided any evidence for his allegation, which, even if true, is highly dubious legal grounds for the bombings.

Trump has even suggested he may bomb Venezuela proper, but on Friday denied a Miami Herald report stating that he had already decided to do so and the U.S. would strike “at any moment.”

“These drugs are pouring in from all of these places,” said Conway, a former adviser during Trump’s first term. She then asked Moreno if Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro would be ousted by year’s end. “So much attention on border security has led to us stemming the flow of people, but the drugs are very much on [Trump’s] mind. But you predicted publicly, Senator Moreno, that perhaps Maduro would be gone by the end of this year in the next two months. Do you think that’s realistic?”

“Yeah, absolutely,” he replied. “Look, Maduro’s a cancer in South America and Latin America. He’s funding dictatorship communist movements all across the continent. He probably had a lot to do with why the president of Colombia got elected using drug money to get that person elected. There’s a lot that goes on between the Colombian-Venezuelan border that’s total and complete chaos. This is human trafficking, sex trafficking, child trafficking, drug trafficking, money-laundering.”

Moreno went on to say, “We have to make certain that we keep our neighborhood clean. This is the Trump doctrine. He’s not gonna allow these narco-dictators, he’s not gonna allow drug trafficking. And, Kellyanne, more than anything else – and this is why I love the man – he will never stop defending and protecting the lives of American citizens.”

“Senator Moreno, I know he loves you back,” Conway replied.
