Letterman Tells Oprah the One Thing He’s Taking from His Office

Tonight, David Letterman’s longtime faux-nemesis Oprah Winfrey makes her final appearance on the Late Show and judging by the preview clip below, she is more interesting in interviewing the host than the other way around.

Asked by Winfrey what one thing he kept after cleaning out his office at the Ed Sullivan Theater that really means something to him, Letterman told the story of a simple rubber stopper on a chain from the sink that in many ways explains his often ornery attitude towards CBS all these years.
