Michael Brown’s Friend Will Not Be Charged in Relation to Robbery

Dorian Johnson, the friend who was present when Michael Brown was shot, will not be charged in relation to the robbery in which Brown was a suspect, CNN is reporting.

The Ferguson Police Department named Johnson as a suspect in the incident report released today, which alleged that Brown had committed a “strong-arm robbery” of a convenience store and stole a box of cigars. It is unclear why the Ferguson Police Department chose to drop charges against him.
