MSNBC Contributor Has Already Forgotten Wendy Davis’ Name

Morning Joe regular Mike Barnacle is a Boston guy, so nobody’s expecting him to be fluent on Lone Star politics. By the same token Wendy Davis was supposed to be the breakthrough star who finally solved the Texas Democrats’ irrelevance. In other words the point of Wendy Davis is flyover pundits like Mike Barnacle were supposed to remember her name.
