MSNBC’s Martin Bashir: Royal Wedding Proves Brits Much Better Behaved Than Unruly Americans
MSNBC’s Martin Bashir the lot of us Americans wouldn’t be able to restrain ourselves if we had a royal wedding, and we’d have “sprinted” through the streets, unlike the dignified and “orderly procession” that was witnessed in London Friday morning.
“Wasn’t this a wonderful example of British restraint,” said the British Bashir. “Would this happen in America with so many people? Really? I think people would’ve sprinted to secure a far better position. Look at this orderly movement by ordinary British people, obeying the orders of the police.”
So he’s saying we’d “sprint” and ignore the orders of police, then?
