New Video Shows Canadian Shooting Suspect Hijacking Car, Driving to Parliament

New video has been released today of the suspect in the Canadian shooting yesterday outside Parliament. This surveillance video shows the individual, identified in news reports as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, hijacking a car and using it to drive right over to the Parliament building.

You can see the suspect holding a weapon in some parts of the video.
