Obama: I’m the First Modern President Without a Single Major Scandal

President Barack Obama claimed during his final interview with CBS’s 60 Minutes that there hadn’t been a single major scandal in his eight years of office.

“You didn’t change Washington,” pointed out Steve Kroft in a preview that aired on local CBS stations Friday morning.

“I changed those things that were in my direct control,” Obama argued. “And I mean, look, I’m proud of the fact with two weeks to go, we are probably the first administration in modern history that has not had a major scandal in the White House.”

“In that sense, we changed some things,” he said.
