Priebus on Whether Trump’s a Role Model: ‘Everyone’s a Role Model in Different Ways’

Fox News’ Bret Baier kicked off his interview with RNC Chair Reince Priebus tonight by pressing him on whether Donald Trump is a “role model.”

Republican Senator Kelly Ayotte said he was at a debate last night until she summarily walked it back. Priebus answered the question tonight by saying, “I think everyone’s a role model in different ways and I think he is a role model.”

Priebus invoked Trump’s business success and how he’s “lived the American dream.”

He said that “all of us in different ways are role models” and “we all have good in all of us.”
