Snoop Dogg Claims He Smoked Weed While Doing ‘No. 2’ in White House
Rapper Snoop Dogg claimed in a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel that he used a restroom at the White House to smoke marijuana.
“I said, ‘May I use the bathroom for a second?'” Snoop, aka Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., recalled on an episode of his internet talk show, CGN. “And they said, ‘What are you gonna do, No. 1 or No. 2?’ I said, ‘Number 2.’ …The C.I.A. or the F.B.I. [asked].”
Snoop went on, saying he explained to the White House security that he had to “No. 2” and that he “usually” lights a cigarette “or something” in order to “get the aroma right.”
“You can light a piece of napkin,” Snoop says they told him. “I said, ‘I’ll do that.’ And the napkin was this.” Snoop then held up what appeared to be a joint.
Snoop was at the White House in December 2013, where he knocked fists with Secretary of State John Kerry.
We’ve requested comment from the White House as to what official policy is regarding smoking within White House grounds.
News reports show that smoking, at least cigarettes, was banned when the Clintons moved into the White House. The Obamas, as Time indicates, have not lifted that ban. President Barack Obama, however, has admitted to smoking both marijuana as a young man as well as cigarettes more recently.
