‘Stop the Presses’: Black Santa Is Real and His Name Is Bill Cosby

Before we declare the SantaGate meme officially dead — Because, really people? Five whole days worth? — CNN’s Jake Tapper seems to have the final word on whether a black Santa is possible.

“STOP THE PRESSES,” the CNN anchor tweeted, linking to this photograph:

Okay, so Santa can be black. And a black Jew apparently, too. And a pioneer of funk music. And a black woman?

Game over, right? RIGHT?!?!?! Please make it all stop.

But now that we’re all here, let’s talk about the video below. It is by far the greatest and most authoritative cable news segment to come out of this whole “white Santa” debate. Watch this segment because it is THE WHITE SANTA SEGMENT TO END ALL WHITE SANTA SEGMENTS:
