‘This Is Ridiculous’: Megyn Kelly Scolds Protesters Shouting Down Fox Reporter
Fox News’ Leland Vittert is in Baltimore tonight, and at the top of Megyn Kelly‘s show he was confronted by several angry protesters. As he talked about how “chaotic” the scene was getting and the “amount of anger” in Baltimore, Vittert ended up talking to some rather angry protesters.
One shouted things like “Are we being violent?!” and “We’re asking you to leave our neighborhoods?”
Another protester told Vittert he’s upset about all the police brutality, but it was drowned out by more indiscernible shouting. The audio feed briefly cut out, but one f-bomb was picked up on the air.
Kelly immediately said, “This is ridiculous. This is how folks want to be heard? They want to shout down the reporter? They want to endanger him?”
She assured viewers Vittert is safe, scolded the protesters’ profanity, and said shouting down a reporter is not the way to bring about change.
