Tom Hanks Drops An F-Bomb On Good Morning America

Actor Tom Hanks joined Good Morning America on Friday to promote his role in the upcoming film Cloud Atlas. After playing a clip of the film, Hanks forgot himself for a moment and blurted out a four letter word, albeit while adopting an accent. Despite the affectation to his voice, the curse word was well understood. Hanks apologized profusely for the misstep.

UPDATE: The following statement comes to us via an ABC News spokesperson:

This morning Tom Hanks accidentally used an expletive during a live interview on GMA with Elizabeth Vargas. They both immediately apologized on air, and the show was corrected for all subsequent feeds.
