Tracy Morgan Will Make First Post-Accident TV Appearance on Today Show

Yesterday, comedian Tracy Morgan and the other survivors of the deadly June 2014 car accident that killed Morgan’s comedy writer James McNair reached a settlement with retail conglomerate Walmart. In all that time neither Morgan nor any of the victims and their families have appeared on television. Media matters were left to Morgan’s lawyer, Benedict Morelli.

Morelli talked to Matt Lauer on Thursday morning’s Today show about the settlement and, with Lauer’s confirmation, revealed that Morgan would appear on the program next Monday.
